How buying works

  1. 1

    Viewing

    You see the apartment and the building with a consultant, who brings the plans and answers on the spot.

  2. 2

    Reservation

    The apartment is held for you against a deposit that comes off the price.

  3. 3

    Preliminary contract

    It states the price, the deadline, the payment plan and the level of finish.

  4. 4

    Staged payments

    Instalments follow the construction stages. You can also pay with a mortgage.

  5. 5

    Title deed and keys

    After the occupancy permit we sign the deed and hand over the apartment with a protocol.

What the price includes

  • The apartment finished to plaster and screed, with front door and windows.
  • Balconies and the share of the common parts of the building and of the land.
  • VAT.
  • A parking space or garage is bought separately.
  • Notary and state fees for the transfer are paid by the buyer.

Common questions

Yes. We prepare the building documents the bank asks for, and the consultant tells you what else it will want from you.
