Residential buildings in Sofia and Burgas

Arkada has designed, built and sold its own residential buildings since 2008.

We started with one small building in the centre of Sofia.

We work with our own construction team and long-term suppliers, so we know what is behind every wall.

We sell only what we build. Our consultants know each apartment because they have been on site.

We are now building Lipa Park, Horizont, Brick Yard.

How we work

  • The price is on the site

We publish the price of every available apartment and update it the day it changes.

  • The deadline is in the contract

The occupancy permit date is written into the preliminary contract.

  • The site is open

Buyers visit the site with the site manager.
